Delete your Pocket Arcade account

In any game, open Leaderboard → Delete leaderboard account → Delete permanently. Your anonymous account, nickname and all uploaded scores are deleted after the server confirms success. Coins, skins and progress stored on your device remain.

Purchase wallet

Shop → My wallet → Delete purchase wallet → Confirm closes your private purchase wallet. This is separate from the leaderboard account. Remaining purchased coins become inaccessible; minimal private payment and ledger records remain for refunds and duplicate delivery prevention. Ask support about a verified deletion request. Store refunds must be requested through Apple or Google; deleting a wallet does not request a refund.

Cannot open the app?

Request account deletion by email at vahapunlu@gmail.com. Include your leaderboard nickname and which game you played. We may ask for ownership verification to protect other players; do not send passwords or private tokens. Verified requests are targeted for completion within 30 days. There are no subscriptions to cancel.

Bir oyunda Skor tablosu → Skor tablosu hesabını sil → Kalıcı olarak sil adımlarını izle. Sunucu işlemi onayladığında anonim hesabın, takma adın ve tüm gönderilmiş skorların silinir. Cihazındaki altın, görünüm ve ilerleme kalır.

Uygulamayı açamıyorsan vahapunlu@gmail.com adresine hesap silme talebi gönder. Takma adını ve oynadığın oyunu belirt. Hesap sahipliği doğrulaması gerekebilir; parola veya özel anahtar gönderme. Doğrulanmış talepleri 30 gün içinde çözmeyi hedefliyoruz.
